is the game finished or why does it say "released"? if so is it worth trying?
No, it will get every few month a new update, but it already contains a lot of content
why did the dev tag it as "released" then? it should say "in development"
Here on itch dont look at the tag but on the version instead, its unwritten term that programmers name their pre-releases with a leading zero, like 0.8.2. Thats way more reliable and applies to all plattforms and all software. That means, 1.0 would be a finished story (unless they add DLCs or more details and then call it e.g. 1.1).
But: Games from indie developers - and escpecially here on itch - rarely reach the state of 1.0, or to be specific: Developers don't like to set static ETAs or closed plots, instead a lot of them just vanish one day, the only indicator then is the lack of activity from them here for a long time.
Whether it's worth trying in general? Depends on. This game? Absolutely, it's one of the best I would say! In my opinion you'll find no other free hentai game in RenPy here which 3D anime content being that outstanding good (besides of Eternum maybe) without exaggerated proportions. Plus, I think the story awesome .
Since making older events with Nemu (and random guys we don't want) optional is too much work, would just making it a purely lesbian route work or is that also not doable?
Especially the first scene is a good example because why not just give the choice between the guy and Izumi, since as it stands now I'm gonna play one half of the game for a while

We will think of something. It was never planned to change anything from older Events, but I'll see what we can do. Maybe we will find a solution
when Unexpected was canceled i was really sad, because it s really great VN.. and now Rebirth jump on me.. thanks mister, you just made my day better ;) last version i read was 0.4 and i can t wait when i ll read this new update!

I enjoy the story so far and i really like the two part choice between the siblings and their 2 diffrent ways of their stories going and how it all blends together, but id really like to see more of the brother and sister interacting cus i can feel in the scenes that do exist that they are pretty close, and if u intend on them getting together being in a relationship then if u wanna be faithful to the no NTR stuff u should let all the random male sex scenes to be skippable in nemus route thou i can see that being diffricult since her Race is a Succubus in the end, but apart from that very good story that pulled me in for a few hours , keep up the good work! il keep on reading every update
I'm not getting the vibe that the author is setting up ANY kind of romantic or sexual relationship between the siblings.

I played the game....I play as boy first it was good .....but when i played the girl route it was a turn off for me, i mean my sister is getting bang by another female i can handle that but by a male it was not good.....So its my first time a game with great graphics and little good story i can't play it.
I get it and it's probably the biggest point of criticism we get. That's why for every future Update we're making her scenes with Male characters optional. But for past Events it would be too much expense to change it. But yeah, we're not forcing any Male sex scenes with Nemu (the sister) anymore

No, it would be too much work to change that now. Older Event's won't be avoidable. But I make sure, every upcoming Event (also the one at the newest update) is and will be optional.
When does the game end in this update cause I don't have anymore quests after doing hibiki quest and training with Eiko
For Ayumu's story line you reached the end. But you can also Check at "story" with your progress with each character. You are also be able to swap the stories here any time.

No sorry, it's not planned to add any futa or trans options/routes
How comes version 0.8.2 (2.24GB) is so small in size compared to 0.8 (4.24GB)? Did the developer cut out material (or reduce the resolution quality) or is 0.8.2 only a patch and we need it along 0.8,... or should it be really a (much much) better algorithm/filetype efficiency?
Does anyone know something about this?
we simply cracked down the size at version 0.8, but some people mentioned a difference in pixels, so we're currently checking if that is the reason, if so, there will be in the future both the cracked down download and high quality download, so everyone can choose which one they want
Thanks you for your fast response. Would be cool if the new size has the same quality, but honestly I doubt it. If you didn't use completely uncompressed bmps or pngs before and now changed that there is no chance pictures can be reduced in size that much without quality loss.
But on way or another: I am interested to hear the result of your inspection.

Please forget what I wrote before. I was stupid, very stupid. I had copied the game folder inside the game folder, what doubled the size (oh man). I just realized it now. So, there is nothing wrong with 0.8 and 0.8.2 - its size fits

You need to connect everything. You can also ask about it at the discord channel. Since a lot of people were stuck there, we probably add a Skip option in the next updat

Sooo, is there anything noteworthy in regard to changes/additions of the original content? like the unavoidable Sex scenes for the sister for example? Will there be more choices maybe, or will they stay "plot needed"?
We definitly will develope it further. More Choices with actually impact to the game, developing the whole inventory and adding a bunch of new features in the future. In regard to the unavoidable sex scenes, there will be definitly choices to avoid more slutty sex scenes (in terms of choices you made before as example), but you won't be able to skip every single upcoming h content.
